Does it come with a warranty?
Yes. All pergolas come with a 15-year warranty on the structure and a five-year warranty on the electronics. The warranty is transferable if you decide to sell your property.
Can I customize my StruXure with optional accessories?
Absolutely! We offer a wide array of optional accessories, so you can create a StruXure that is uniquely yours! You can create a unique design by choosing from two different cornice façades for your frame. Corbel ends can be added to provide a more traditional pergola look. Dress up your columns with cap and base trim package. Our fan beam and/or beam chase can enable your access for optional lighting, fans or speakers. Speaking of lighting, we offer wet-rated can lighting, as well as uplighting to create the perfect mood for your space. StruXure offers an array of options, so please ask your consultant to share all them with you.
What colors are available?
StruXure features six standard colors options—white, beige, bronze, adobe, black and gray—that complement almost any architecture. For those unique design requests, we do have available thousands of custom colors. We finish your perfect color with an AAMA 2604 chemical textured powder coat, which provides a more scratch resistant surface, while giving your pergola a more stylish matte finish.
Can it be attached to a house or existing cover?
Yes, our system can be attached to an existing structure or built as a free-standing unit.
How will it hold up to my climate?
Our system is the most durable pergola system on the market today. It has been specifically engineered to withstand hurricane force winds, heavy snow loads and everything in between. Made of fully extruded aluminum, StruXure products can hold up to virtually any environmental conditions.
How much does it cost?
There's no "one size fits all" cost. Every pergola build is custom built. The cost for your project will depend on its size, options, and attributes. Fortunately, we provide 100% free estimates so you can decide what fits your lifestyle and budget.
Will it meet my local building codes?
Yes. Our Pergola X is the only pergola on the market with ICC certification, simplifying code compliance and permitting. It’s engineered to handle wind, snow, and other structural loads common to commercial projects.
Do you help with design?
Yes! Our in-house design team can help create a photo-realistic 3D rendering of your dream pergola, allowing you to see it before you buy it. This service is offered to you through our dealer network at a very minimal cost. Architects and designers can work with our Corporate Service Team on everything from design through production details to create the perfect solution.
What is the longest span you can cover?
We can cover virtually any size space desired. Our largest single zone is 12′ wide by 20′ long. We can connect as many zones as needed to cover the desired space. We can incorporate our StruXure beam chase in-between each zone to provide access for lights, fans, speakers or other items offering a ‘built-in’ look. Our system is totally customizable, so it can be designed to fit any space.
